With us, you will have the opportunity to actively shape and further develop the production of our gyroplanes. As a Process Engineer (m/f/d), you will work close to the shopfloor and act as a key interface between Production, Engineering and Quality.

Your focus will be on analysing and improving a broad range of manufacturing processes, requiring a hands-on, all-round engineering mindset. This includes composite tooling and process design, CNC machining, electronics and avionics manufacturing, welding and metal fabrication, as well as aircraft and component assembly.

You go where value is created: directly onto the shopfloor.

Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von IT, KI und Luftfahrt und gestaltest aktiv, wie wir mit komplexen Zertifizierungsanforderungen umgehen. Dein Fokus liegt darauf, Daten intelligent nutzbar zu machen, Prozesse zu automatisieren und moderne Tools wie Microsoft Copilot und die Power Plattform in der Praxis einzusetzen. Dabei entwickelst du Lösungen mit direktem Einfluss auf unsere Entwicklungs- und Zertifizierungsprozesse.

Die Position ist als Werkstudententätigkeit mit 15–20 Stunden pro Woche für zunächst 6–12 Monate (mit Option auf Verlängerung) ausgelegt. Im Rahmen der Tätigkeit besteht zudem die Möglichkeit, eine Abschlussarbeit in diesem Themenfeld zu schreiben.

Wir suchen eine kaufmännische Fachkraft (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres operativen Tagesgeschäfts in Einkauf, Logistik und Office. Der Fokus der Stelle liegt auf der praktischen, zuverlässigen Sachbearbeitung im ERP-System sowie auf administrativer Unterstützung im Büroalltag und im Front Office.

Die Stelle ist als Teilzeitposition mit 20–30 Stunden pro Woche am Standort Hildesheim ausgelegt (maximal ca. 6 Stunden pro Tag an 5 Tagen pro Woche). Nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung besteht die Möglichkeit, die Stelle in Absprache auf Vollzeit zu erhöhen.
