Withdrawal

If you are customer, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without indicating reason.

The period of withdrawal amounts to fourteen days as of the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the forwarding agent have taken possession of the last goods.

In order to make use of your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to inform us under the following contact options by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. letter or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract:

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract. We shall refund all payments from you, including delivery costs. Excluding any additional costs resulting from the fact that you have selected another type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery option without delay and at latest within fourteen days as of the day on which we have received the notification about your withdrawal from this contract. For such refund, we shall use the same means of payment which you have used with the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. We shall not charge you with any fees due to such refund. We are entitled to reject the refund as long as we have not received the goods returned by you or until you have proven that you have returned the goods, depending on which is the earlier point of time.

You are obliged to return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days as of the day on which you have notified us about the withdrawal from this contract. The period is complied with if you dispatched the goods before the expiry of the fourteen days period. You shall bear the direct costs of the return delivery of the goods. You are only obliged to pay for a possible loss in value of the goos if such loss in value can be traced back to a handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of their quality, characteristics and functioning.

What is the advantage of flying a gyroplane?

One advantage of flying a gyroplane is its ability to take off and particularly land in short distances, making it useful for operations in areas with limited space or rough terrain. Gyroplanes cope with turbulence and high winds easily, making them very stable and safe in these conditions. Gyroplanes have a huge speed range, being safe and easy to fly from 0 to maximum speed. Gyroplanes are also relatively inexpensive to operate and maintain, making them a cost-effective option for many applications.

Gyroplanes are simply enormous fun to fly!

How is a gyroplane different from a helicopter?

A gyroplane is similar in appearance to a helicopter, but it differs in several key ways. A gyroplane is capable of forward flight but cannot hover in place like a helicopter, and its rotor does not provide lift during takeoff or landing. Gyroplane controls are simple and intuitive, consisting of a stick for controlling the rotor disc attitude to adjust roll and pitch, and rudder pedals to control yaw. They are easier to fly than a helicopter, and the control systems are easier and far less expensive to maintain.

How does a gyroplane fly?

A gyroplane flies by using an unpowered rotor in autorotation to generate lift, and an engine-powered propeller to provide forward thrust. As the gyroplane moves through the air, the airflow through the rotor generates lift, allowing the gyroplane to fly.

Is it dangerous to fly a gyroplane?

Gyroplanes are regarded as one of the safest aircraft on the market. Thanks to the so-called autorotation, we do not need a pyrotechnical parachute. We can navigate safely and operate a controlled landing even in emergency situations.

Do you build gyroplanes for more than two people?

Yes, we produce the MTOtrigo, a three-seat version of the MTOsport 2017. However most gyroplane markets are currently restricted to two seats only due to the maximum permitted take-off weight, so the use of the three-seat version is limited currently.

AutoGyro is working on a large multi-seat gyroplane product, coming soon… This aircraft is not in the Ultralight class and is intended as a fully certified aircraft.

Fitting floats give the MTOsport amazing capability to operate safely along coastlines or lakes fronts where landing and take-off from water are required. This is friendly-face coastal monitoring at its best with low noise, low carbon footprint, excellent performance, and a perfect observation platform.

Maximizing innovation and flexibility, this adaptation of the MTOsport is as versatile as it is technically thought-through and even available as an after-market kit. The Nautic offers access to a wide range of applications that require operation around and over water. The Nautic floats are semi-rigid inflatable and can be swopped with wheels with minimal tools and equipment for normal inland operations.

The MTOsport 2017 equipped with floats can land and take off safely from water, and because of the extremely slow landing speed, can also land safely on firm ground. With a fuel capacity of 96 liters, it can achieve a safe endurance of 4 hours. Our floating platform provides the best opportunity to carry out maritime missions, such as patrol, rescue, and surveillance, whether operating inland or along the coast.
